Hello. My name is Justin Jacobson and I'm the creator of this website. The reason I created this website is simple: I wanted to share my journey from being a fat, shy loser, to having nice flat stomach and tons of self-confidence! Whether you're struggling while trying to lose belly flab and get a nice six pack, or you simply want to lose some extra weight, keep reading. First thing I want to make sure is that I'm NOT a personal trainer or fitness expert of any kind. I'm just a guy who had a very hard time losing belly flab and getting a nice flat stomach. I tried tons of ebooks, training programs, even some pills until I found the right ones. So I created this website, where I summarized everything that I learned during my journey to nice six pack abs. Hope this will be useful to many of you, who are going through the same process that I went.

Before you go on to read all the information on this website, I just want to tell you one thing: I've met lots of people, who want to look good, lose belly flab, get six pack abs and just feel better. The problem is, they are not willing to do any extra work and make any sacrifices. As great as that would be, positive thinking and wishes alone do not make you achieve your goals. Sure, those things help, but you must be willing to make at least small sacrifices and changes in your lifestyle. Otherwise you're just wasting your time here.

But if you are serious about your goals, there's what you can do next: there are plenty of articles and blog posts that I wrote on how to lose belly flab and get a nice flat stomach.
